Single or multiple passwords (optional)
On request ASIadigicall is able to provide single or multiple
passwords to shared users of same telephone line. Monthly call statements will
be separated for each password user.
Value card
Each Value account holder will be issued with a special
bar-coded plastic card for customer identification and recharging the account
Account re-charge
Value cards will be issued at $0.00 balance at inactive position. You
can activate your account by recharging in person at any Australia Post Office
or using B-pay. Generally your account will be updated on the next business day.
For instant re-charge you may use Credit Card.
Balance alerting announcement
Every single dialling you will be notified about your balance
remaining.
Personal web account
Every value account holder will have a personal web account to view
their call details. Individual passwords will be issued to each customer to
access their web value accounts.
Call detail statement

customers, either to their web account, email address or by post mail.
